Heather & David, Married at Holly’s Ocean Meadow, Fort Bragg California

I really don’t need to go on and on about how sweet and kind these two are… but I’m going to anyway.  From the second I started talking with Heather on the phone, I knew she was my ‘client’. In the industry we are always aiming for the ‘ideal client’ to work with. It just makes the connection that much easier for everyone if we click. She is kind, generous, welcoming and a gift of a friend. I’m sure David already knew this about himself, but just in case he needs another little reminder, he is one LUCKY man to have been blessed with such an amazing soul to share this life with.  The three of us spent some time together the day before the wedding (engagement pictures coming soon! I know, this is totally backwards posting wedding pictures first 😉 and then a nice long full day together on their wedding day. In that time I was able to meet so many wonderful friends and family they share their lives with. So thank you EVERYONE who welcomed me in on those two amazing days. Heather & David, thank YOU for everything. These pictures (this is a LONG post which doesn’t even touch what they are getting from me on their USB drive!) doesn’t even do the day justice as I had to slim it down to just a little shy of 115 photos, but it does show the love and beauty they have for each other. So without further ado, let’s get onto the pictures!

I absolutely LOVE working with Vanna of Elope Mendocino.  She always puts together a beautiful elopement for me to photograph and her clients are always the SWEETEST! Thank you both Barbara, Jerry and Vanna for including me on this very special day.  Love Mendocino and love Elope Mendocino!

Jen and Matt, Married! Albion California

I have swiftly become the go-to girl here on the nor cal coast for elopement/intimate wedding photography. And I LOVE IT! I think it was the middle to end part of last year where I actually put it out into the universe how much I loved these types of wedding days (don’t get me wrong, I love me a full day of shooting too!) but there’s just something about smaller affairs that make this hopeless romantic love her work a wee bit more. I think it’s because my couple’s put their love first before the big party… but in the end, big or small, it really is just about the love two people share and want to make it ‘official’. So thank you Jen and Matt (and Chelsea of the Albion River Inn!) for inviting me into this precious part of your life.

Amanda and Bryce, Eloped! Mendocino California

A few weeks back I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Amanda and Bryce say I do. We had a wonderful time shooting at the inn where they were staying (Agate Cove Inn in Mendocino California) as well as shooting on the bluffs in Mendocino.  Thank you again Vanna of Elope Mendocino for including me into the A-team list of vendors who work with you. I appreciate it!

Dan & Julie, Married! Caspar Caifornia

Thank you Dan, Julie and both your friends and family who came together for your wedding day celebration, and included me in on it!  I had a wonderful time, albeit short & sweet (let’s talk about how I’m swiftly becoming the go-to girl for elopements!)  This elopement was a hybrid shoot for me (digital with my Canon & film with my Canon) so although I won’t have the entire elopement delivered until my files return from my lab, I did want to put out a few images as fun sneak peeks!  I can’t thank you all enough for letting me into your sweet circle to capture these moments.  Enjoy!
